Removing the stainless cover reveals the Digmesa Sensor (white portion with electronics)

Removing the Digmesa reveals the impeller with magnets and o-ring. The construction and fitment is all exceptionally well done, about the only thing loose is some play in the impeller on the shaft.

Internals all look good, the machining quality is really good and having the ability to access and clean the insides is a really nice feature to take note of.

    Thanks! I wanted to make sure I had the accuracy part down since I’m going to use it for rad testing too. Flow meter isn’t something I get to review every day either, so it was fun trying something new.

    Martinm210,I understand you correctly,the settings in Aquaero 5 LT must be such for AC Flow Sensor ???
    Compression Fitting ( ID 1/2″ – OD 3/4″) = 159 impulses per liter
    Compression Fitting ( ID 3/8″- OD 5/8″) = 169 impulses per liter

      Thanks! Yes, while I haven’t tested a bunch of fittings, the 1/2″ Danger Den came out to 158. I am assuming smaller ID fittings will have a more concentrated stream of flow hitting the impeller causing it to turn slightly faster at the 169 number. Any number between the two will get you to within about 7% accuracy though so it’s not too critical for day to day use.

    Hi Martin, i’m very new at this so please bear with me. I have 3 x 680′s, i7 3930 @ 4.5 everything is water cooled including mobo, aquaero 5 XT / PROcontroller and ram (I know RAM is overkill). Using the Koolance dual bay with 2 x mcp 655 (aquacomputer) pumps (1/2 5/8 OD tubing) and the Aquacomputer Flow sensor mps flow 400 with the aquaero 5 XT / PRO, the readings on the flow meter is 204 l/h is this to high or could this be a faulty reading? I cant seem to find any info anywhere since I have this on a serial loop (everyone else is dual), any advice would be appreciated.

    btw temps are very low idles is 27*
